Emma Warren, Principal

Emma Warren is an experienced corporate professional who is passionate about helping individuals to realise their potential. With over 25 years' experience as a lawyer and 17 years as a Partner at top-tier law firm Allens including sitting on the firm’s Executive Committee and leading the national infrastructure practice, Emma brings a unique mix of corporate and organisational knowledge to her coaching and leadership development work. 
As a leader of large-scale national teams and having advised public and private sector clients on many of Australia's largest and most complex projects for over 20 years, Emma understands the challenges that busy professionals, leaders, boards and executive teams face in today’s demanding business environment.
In her work with professionals and business leaders, Emma focusses on delivering coaching and leadership development that recognises individual strengths, career stage, context and purpose. Reflecting her experience, Emma brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to her work and is committed to supporting diversity in all aspects of her practice.
Complementing her professional business skills, Emma recently completed a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney.  She is a Leadership Circle® Certified Practitioner and has completed Cultivating Leadership’s Growth Edge Coaching. Emma also holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
Emma is a non-executive director at Plenary Group and sits on the Board of Carey Baptist Grammar School where she chairs the Advancement (Philanthropy) Committee. Emma is an active member of Chief Executive Women and a proud supporter of Western Chances and the Carlton Football Club.

Jane Lewis, Principal

Jane has more than 20 years’ experience leading people and development teams in professional services firms, including 11 years as Chief People Officer and Executive Committee member at top-tier law firm Allens. Drawing on her core skills of systems diagnosis, facilitation and change design, Jane has helped navigate economic downturns, talent shortages, pandemics, and significant shifts in workplace demographics and expectations.
As an experienced C-suite executive, Jane has worked with Executive Committees and Boards to oversee the design and implementation of change programs to deliver transformational outcomes in performance, culture and employee experience. As a leader of large and diverse teams, understands the challenges in aligning individual, team and organisational needs. Driven by her belief that work can be a key source of growth in people’s lives, Jane combines a focus on individual and organisational needs to support change in individuals, teams and systems.
Jane has academic qualifications in education, human resources, organisational behaviour and change theory and is currently completing post-graduate studies in Gestalt psychotherapy. She also has studied a range of methodologies oriented to supporting awareness and change, including:Cultivating Leadership’s Growth Edge Coaching, Immunity to Change and Neuroscience of Change.
Jane’s leadership development, coaching and change work integrates insights from adult development, complexity theory, neuroscience, positive psychology and system dynamics with years of real-world practice in demanding environments. In her work with business leaders, executive teams and human resources communities, Jane’s work focusses on fostering awareness, designing targeted interventions and embedding change for the longer term.
Jane is also a wife, mother, occasional yogi, American TV tragic and walker.
